Why can I not receive my confirmation e-mail?
Ensure you have checked your spam/junk mail folder.
Your junk mail filter may be set to delete any mail that is sent to the spam/junk mail folder automatically, reduce this setting or turn it off.
Why am I not receiving the proxy e-mail?
Again, this could be due to your spam/junk mail settings. Ensure that you allow all mail through and do not have it set to delete spam/junk mail automatically. Once this is done and you have received the newsletter, make sure you mark it as safe or add our e-mail to your contacts, you can then change the settings back.
